Last week, our High School Division 1 and 2 Boys competed in the 2020 Soccer State Championship Tournament. Let’s take a look at the results. 
Division 1
During the semifinals on November 10th, the final four teams went head to head for a spot in the Championship game. Ville de Marie Academy beat Thunderbird Adventist Academy 3-0, scoring 2 goals in the first half and 1 in the second half. Ed Options – Nogales defeated Tri-City Christian Academy 1-0 scoring their winning goal in the second half of the game. At the Championship game on November 14th, Ed Options – Nogales scored the winning goal against Ville de Marie Academy during the first half of the game, beating them 1-0 and winning the title of Division 1 State Champions. All of our players did a fantastic job and we can’t wait to see what happens next season!
Division 2
During the Division 2 semifinals on November 10th, Pan American took the win against Heritage Academy Gateway, and Madison Highland Prep scored the winning goal against Harvest Prep Academy in the first half of their game. At the State Championship game on November 14th, Pan American defeated Madison Highland Prep and snagged the title of Division 2 State Champions! Congrats to all our participating teams and our incredible athletes!
