The opportunity to pass along the knowledge I have learned from coaching competitive travel teams, operating my own all girls flag football organization and by raising my 3 sons playing flag football and transition into college has been a learning experience worth sharing. I plan to share my knowledge with the coaches/administrators to enhance the growth of women flag football in Arizona. My goals are to create partnership to support the CAA members and launch more camps for college head coaches to attend to make scholarship offers to our CAA female flag football players.
